Scrambled Eggs with Sour Cream

Ingredients
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Grated cheese – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
Directions
- Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Drive the eggs into a bowl, add salt, add sour cream. Whisk everything well.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour over the egg mass. Fry the eggs over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle hot scrambled eggs with sour cream with grated cheese. Then cover the eggs with sour cream and cheese in a frying pan with a lid for 1-2 minutes.
- Scrambled eggs with sour cream are ready, serve immediately.
