  • Sausage / bacon / ham

How to cook scrambled eggs with tomatoes:

Directions

  1. Cut onions into cubes, tomatoes into thin slices, sausage into cubes, finely chop green onions and herbs.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, lightly fry onions, add sausage, tomatoes, fry for a couple of minutes, then beat in eggs, sprinkle with green onions, herbs, salt, pepper and fry eggs with tomatoes until tender.
  3. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes are ready. Enjoy your meal!
