Ingredients

  • 400 g seafood, mixed, peeled
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 point herbal cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled broth
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • 500 g spahetti
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • some parsley
  • a lot basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch chili powder

Instructions

  1. Add the water and salt for the spaghetti when it boils and cook the spaghetti in it until al dente. Drain and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and sauté peeled garlic cloves. Add mixed seafood (e.g. prawns, squid rings, mussels) and fry for about 5 - 8 minutes (do not let them brown). Mix the herbs and spices with the seafood, then add the cream, herb cheese and broth. Heat slowly.
  3. Arrange the spaghetti on plates and top with the seafood cream sauce.
