- 150 ml water
- butter
- salt

- Mix all the dough ingredients. Beat until the batter starts to bubble.
- The dough should be viscous. Let rest for 10 minutes. Boil salted water,
- Press the dough through the spaetzle press in portions (into the boiling water). Bring to the boil again briefly, remove with a slotted spoon and rinse in cold water.
- Then drain well.
- Bake in butter for serving. Salt.
