Ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup sugar, possibly a little less
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or vanilla stick.
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 shot rum
  • 300 g fruit, arbitrarily, possibly cut, pitted

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy, stir in flour, semolina and other ingredients. Let the dough rest for 1 hour so that the semolina can swell. Prepare the fruits as you like (cherries, apples, raisins, etc.), flour them (with 1 tablespoon of flour, they will not sink as much) and fold in.
