- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 125 g semolina
- 40 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 500 g fruit
- 100 g suar

- Bring the milk and salt to the boil, slowly add the semolina while stirring. Let soak briefly over low heat.
- Beat the butter until foamy. Add the sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, baking powder and the semolina. Stir in the fruit and fold in the whipped egg whites.
- Put everything in a baking dish, cover with butter flakes and bake at 175 ° C until golden brown (approx. 30 - 45 minutes).
