  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g semolina
  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g quark
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass cherry (s)
  • 50 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Put the milk with butter, vanilla sugar, semolina and 100 g sugar in a saucepan and bring everything to a boil. In the meantime, mix the quark with the eggs and 100 g sugar in a bowl. When the semolina has cooked, add it to the bowl, mix everything together and place in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Then place the cherries on top and press in a little. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
  3. You can also prepare this casserole with other fruit.
