Ingredients
For the casserole:
- 9 tablespoon milk
- 3 egg (s)
- 10 tablespoon semolina
- 15 g vanilla suar
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 0.75 ¾ pack baking powder
- some butter
- some breadcrumbs
For the cast:
- 1 ⅛ liter milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- some vanilla flavor

- A recipe from my mother`s old handwritten cookbook.
- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add semolina, vanilla sugar, milk, sugar and baking powder and stir well.
- Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Dump out the breadcrumbs that don`t get stuck. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for half an hour.
- After baking, plunge into a larger baking dish.
- Warm the milk, mix with the sugar and vanilla flavor.
- Pour the milk over the casserole and bake for another three quarters of an hour. Pour the milk over the casserole several times with a ladle.
