  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 pinches aroma (Citro-Back)
  • 4 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 cup whipped cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

  1. Bring milk with sugar, vanilla sugar and Citro-Back to the boil. Then stir in the semolina, bring to the boil and then let it swell.
  2. After cooling, beat with the hand mixer and fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Fresh berries or a fruit sauce (e.g. strawberry, raspberry or peach) also taste great.
