Ingredients
- 400 g whipped cream
- possibly vanilla sugar
- 500 g yourt, low-fat (1.5% fat)
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- raspberries (frozen)
- Sugar, brown

- First whip the cream in a bowl for a short moment. Then gradually add the cream stabilizer. If you like, you can also add vanilla sugar. Then stir in the yogurt.
- Now prepare 4 glasses with a relatively wide base at the bottom and not too narrow at the top. These are now covered on the ground with the raspberries. Can be a little more for those who like to eat raspberries. Then add the cream and yoghurt mixture.
- Now sprinkle the surface with the brown sugar. It is best to leave the whole thing in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours so that the raspberries can thaw a little. Then serve.
