  • 3 onion (s), diced
  • 1 kg red pepper (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 6 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onion cubes in the hot oil. Add the peppers, cut into large cubes, and cook over medium heat with the lid closed.
  2. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and let them set. Meanwhile, keep pushing back and forth.
  3. White bread, fried cabanossi, bratwurst, mixed and fried bacon go well with it.
