Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 250 Gram
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Honey – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Broccoli – 150 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Bow – 50 Grams
  • Ground ginger – 1 gram
  • Chile – 1 Gram
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
  3. Peel and rinse onions, cut into small cubes.
  4. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for three minutes.
  5. Pour the soy sauce and lemon juice into a bowl.
  6. Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add to the pan.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chicken and onions – fry for 5 minutes. Then add the broccoli to the skillet.
  8. Pour in the sauce and all the spices. Stir and simmer over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then serve.
