Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 20 g yeast
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), grated zest

For the filling:

  • 80 g walnuts, rated
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 150 g jam (currant = currant jam `)
  • Cake icing (chocolate), for spreading

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, knead with the other ingredients to form a dough, let it rest briefly in the refrigerator.
  2. For the filling, mix the nuts with sugar.
  3. Roll out 1/3 of the dough into a rectangle. Brush with half of the jam. Pour half of the nut-sugar mixture over it.
  4. Roll out half of the remaining dough into a rectangle (same size), place the sheet of dough on the nut mixture, then add the jam and nuts again, and finally place the remaining rolled out dough on top.
  5. Prick several times with a fork, bake at 180 ° for about 45-50 minutes.
  6. Cover with chocolate glaze, cut into cubes after it has set.
