Ingredients
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 50 g yourt
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 small onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley and chives
- Paprika powder, (noble sweet)
- thyme

- Dice the feta cheese and mix with low-fat quark and yoghurt using a mixer / hand blender. Chop the onions and wash and finely chop the parsley and chives. Stir the remaining ingredients into the cream. Season well with paprika and thyme and season to taste. Let it steep in the fridge for a few hours before serving (overnight)
