- 2 packs cheese (goat cheese), in rolls
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme
- cheese (gratin cheese)

- Roll up the shortcrust pastry and cut out circles with a glass (diameter approx. 4 - 5 cm). Line a silicone mold with small indentations with the dough. Mix all other ingredients in the blender.
- Pour into the prepared dish and sprinkle a little gratin cheese over it. Bake at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
