Ingredients

  • 500 g linuine
  • 250 g shrimp (White Tier Shrimp)
  • 200 ml white wine (Chardonnay)
  • 30 g butter
  • 40 g parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some stalks parsley
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare a saucepan of boiling salted water to cook the linguine. Depending on the cooking time, the linguine can be put into the water now, as the rest of the process goes pretty quickly.
  2. Fry the shrimp in a hot pan with a little olive oil until they take on this color. Add the chopped garlic and butter in small pieces (you can also add chilli flakes here to give the dish a little spiciness). Leave this in the pan for about a minute until the ingredients boil. Then add the white wine to the pan, grate the Parmesan and add both the grated zest and the juice of the lemon to the pan. Cook on medium heat for about 3 - 4 minutes until the sauce has a slightly thick consistency. Finally add chopped parsley and add the cooked linguine and mix with the sauce.
  3. When serving, try to stack the pasta as high as possible and position the shrimp around it.
