Ingredients

  • 1 small Glass tartar sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup yogurt (whole milk)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 packet parsley, frozen
  • 1 packet chives, frozen
  • Vinegar and sugar
  • Salt and pepper, white, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Mix the tartar sauce, sour cream and yoghurt together well. Fold in the pressed garlic cloves and herbs. Season with a little salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, a little vinegar and mix everything well again, chill and later enjoy with the grilled meat.
  2. Begin with the spices carefully so as not to adulterate the taste, i.e. vinegar first a teaspoon tip, 2 slightly stronger pinches each of salt and pepper, 1 stronger pinch of sugar. In the end, it is up to the individual taste to emphasize one or the other spice.
