Ingredients

  • 250 g bacon, mixed
  • 1 kg roast pork
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 500 g white cabbae
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, hot pink, (a little less to taste)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Steam the onions, dice the bacon and meat and fry (like goulash). Add the garlic, cut into small pieces. Cut the sauerkraut and white cabbage into small pieces and cook each separately until it is soft.
  2. Add the bay leaf, caraway, pepper, salt and rose paprika.
  3. Mix the sauerkraut and white cabbage together, add the finished meat (with sauce). Mix the whole thing.
  4. Then mix in the tomato paste and let it rub through again briefly.
  5. Season to taste.
