Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 450 g flour
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 2 cup milk, lukewarm
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the filling:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 kg quark
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla

For the sprinkles:

  • 350 g flour
  • 200 g suar
  • some cinnamon
  • 200 g butter

Instructions

  1. For the yeast dough:
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead together to form a smooth dough. The dough should be soft but not sticky. Cover and let rise for approx. 30 minutes
  3. For the quark filling:
  4. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy, then stir in the quark and vanilla pudding powder.
  5. For the sprinkles:
  6. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter, knead into crumble with your fingers.
  7. Brush the baking sheet with fat, roll out the yeast dough and place on the sheet. Push the edge up a little. Spread the curd mixture on top, then spread the sprinkles over it.
  8. Bake at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
