Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Put everything in a saucepan and simmer together with the remaining ingredients for 15-20 minutes on a low flame. Now puree everything with the hand blender to a puree. Let cool down. Finished. Good Appetite!
If you don`t want to serve the amount after it has cooled down, but want to keep it safe, pour the applesauce immediately into jars that have been rinsed with hot water and close them tightly!
