Simple Chicken and Cheese Salad

A bright salad with a pleasant taste will cheer you up and delight not only on a gloomy day, but also on a sunny and bright one. This salad requires simple and inexpensive foods.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet pieces – 400 Grams
- Egg – 3 Pieces
- Green salad – 300 grams
- Tomatoes – 3 Pieces
- Hard cheese – 70 Grams
- Mayonnaise – To taste
- Salt, pepper – To taste
Directions
- Rinse the chicken fillet well and cover with cold water. Put on fire and cook until tender. Cool the meat and cut into small cubes.
- Boil the eggs. Chop into small cubes.
- Lettuce leaves should be rinsed under running water to get rid of debris and sand. Dry a little and chop finely.
- Rinse the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Put all prepared foods in a separate bowl: eggs, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and grated cheese. Add salt and mayonnaise to taste and stir. Salad ready. Some people like it when the salad is a little sweet. In this case, you can add a little sugar to the salad. For a spicy salad, add black pepper and some garlic
