Simple Chicken Fillet Salad

A very simple and affordable recipe for chicken fillet salad, vegetables, rye croutons, cheese and mayonnaise. This salad is perfect for a festive feast, as it looks very beautiful!

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 350 grams (boiled)
- Tomatoes – 2-3 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper – 3 pieces
- Fresh cucumbers – 2 Pieces
- Rye croutons – 80 grams
- Garlic – To taste
- Hard cheese – 150 Grams
- Mayonnaise – To taste
Directions
- Divide the boiled chicken into fibers and put it in a salad bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes, pass the garlic through a press. We combine tomatoes, garlic and mayonnaise. Stir and place on the chicken fillet.
- Peel and dice the peppers and cucumbers, mix with mayonnaise. We spread on tomatoes. Put croutons on top.
- We put a layer of mayonnaise on the croutons, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
