- 4 cans corn
- 2 cups crème fraîche or sour cream
- 2 small onion (s) or 1 large onion

- At the beginning, the corn is tipped over a sieve to let it drain off a little. Then it can be put in a bowl large enough for the quantity. The remaining liquid from the corn can then collect at the bottom of the bowl, which will give the salad an even creamier taste.
- Another smaller bowl is needed to make the sauce ready. First, put the sour cream or crème fraiche in the bowl. The onion must be peeled and cut into small, fine cubes. Add the sliced onions to the crème fraiche or sour cream and season to match with the spices.
- It is best to keep the lettuce in a cool place for a whole night until it is eaten so that everything can flow through. Stir again before serving.
