- 2 large tomato (s)
- 4 small cherry tomato (s), yellow
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 teaspoon oil approx.
- some salt and pepper
- some seasoning salt (tomato salt)

- Chop the tomatoes, onions and garlic and place in a large enough bowl. Season the salad with salt, pepper and the tomato salt. Pour the oil - approx. 1 teaspoon full - over it and stir the salad.
- Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
