Ingredients
- 350 g spahetti
- 2 cans mushrooms, sliced
- 300 g cocktail tomatoes
- 5 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, then allow to cool.
- In the meantime, quarter the tomatoes and spread them with the mushrooms on the cooled spaghetti. Then add the remaining ingredients, mix everything and season to taste.
- Let it steep for about 4 hours and season again if necessary.
