Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti
- 400 g cheese, rated, e.., Gouda, Emmentaler, Edam
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 ml oil
- 200 ml water
- 6 pack herbs (7-herb lettuce topping)

- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix a dressing from the water, the oil, the lettuce and the pressed garlic. When the pasta has cooled slightly, pour the dressing over it.
- Depending on whether you like it, you can already pour the cheese over the slightly warm pasta so that it runs easily or mix it in later.
- Let the lettuce stand in a cool place overnight.
