- ml 1,400 milk
- 2 packs custard powder
- 140 g soft wheat semolina
- 120 g suar

- Mix the vanilla pudding powder with a few tablespoons of cold milk.
- Heat the rest of the milk. Just before the milk boils, stir in the semolina and sugar and stir in the vanilla pudding powder. Bring to the boil briefly and then simmer over a low flame until the semolina sets, then remove from the heat and let cool down.
