- 1 mango (s), soft
- 2 medium bell pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup rice

- Cook the rice as usual.
- Put some oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion with the chopped chicken. Fry the diced peppers and add the cream after about 2 minutes. Bring everything to the boil and add the chopped mango and cook for a maximum of 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.
