- 400 g chicken, shredded
- 400 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tablespoon lingonberries (wild lingonberries) from the glass
- 100 g sour cream
- 200 ml cream
- 1 glass red wine
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- thyme

- Sear the meat in a pan in a little oil and cook, then remove from the pan and set aside. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Sweat the mushrooms in the pan in the gravy with the red wine and a little thyme. Top up with the cream and sour cream and season to taste. Stir in the cranberries and add the meat. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
- Spaetzle, croquettes or bread dumplings taste great with it.
