- 60 g flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- clarified butter for frying
- Chives for sprinkling

- Mix the ingredients with a whisk and fry the pancakes or pancakes until golden. I get exactly 3 pieces on a large pan (about 29 cm diameter at the top).
- Please make sure to use clarified butter for baking, otherwise the fries won`t taste as good as they should!
- Roll up the pancakes and cut into strips. Add to the soup and sprinkle with the chives.
