  • 3 onion (s), red
  • 150 ml white wine, dry
  • 3 tablespoon cognac
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast fillet into pieces and the red onions into half rings. Fry both together in a higher pan. Seasoning to taste. Deglaze with the white wine and cognac and bring to the boil. Finally pour in the cream and let it thicken a little.
  2. I serve it with noodles tossed in butter.
