  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • some oil, e.g. B rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a large pan in the oil for about 10 minutes at high, then medium heat. Add the cleaned, washed and chopped vegetables as desired and cook until firm to the bite for about 5 minutes. Now add the tomato paste, fry briefly, then add the mascarpone. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with a little milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Noodles or (natural) rice, for example, go well with this.
