  • 500 g turkey schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 3 bell pepper (s), diced, red, yellow and green
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Chili powder
  • Ginger powder
  • 3 tablespoon oil (peanut oil or sesame oil)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips in it. When the turkey strips are lightly seared, add the onion cubes and paprika cubes as well as the peanut butter, fry them well and deglaze with the water. Season to taste with salt, chilli and ginger and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Rice or Chinese noodles go well with it.
