Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g flour
  • 2 small egg (s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g suar
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 70 g chocolate flakes
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • some Milk
  • 0.5 ½ glass morello cherries

For decoration:

  • some powdered sugar or 70 g couverture

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the cherries into a batter. Finally fold in the drained cherries or spread between two layers of batter. Pour into the greased springform pan and bake the cake at 175 ° C for 40-45 minutes (stick test!).
