Chocolates with Nuts and Cherries

The melted chocolate is mixed with almonds and dried cherries and re-frozen in the refrigerator. As a result, we have not just a chocolate bar, but a chocolate dessert.
Ingredients
- Black chocolate – 240 g
- Almond extract – 0.25 teaspoon
- Dried cherries (chopped) – 0.5 cups
- Almonds (roasted, chopped) – 0.5 cups
- Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
Directions
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.
- Add almond extract, half cherry, and almond to the chocolate.
- Put the chocolate mass on the prepared baking sheet in one even layer, sprinkle with the remaining cherries and almonds on top, lightly press into the chocolate. Sprinkle with salt. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Break the frozen chocolate into pieces.
