Smoked Chicken in a Smokehouse

Smoked meats are probably the best invention of mankind. At least in the area of ​​cooking. Hand-made, they acquire a special taste.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks – 8 Pieces
  • Salt, spices – To taste
  • Water – To taste
  • Pear sawdust – To taste

Directions

  1. Brush the chicken drumsticks liberally with salt and spices to taste and leave to marinate overnight. Then fill with boiling water and boil for an hour. After that, remove the meat from the broth and let it dry.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the smoker, pour pear tree sawdust into it.
  3. Spread the drumsticks on the grill of the smoker, cover and put on fire.
  4. After an hour and a half, the chicken will be ready. Can be removed and served.
