Salad with Smoked Chicken and Lavash

The recipe for a delicious salad with smoked chicken and lavash pieces. An unusual salad will surprise guests at the festive table. The salad preparation technology is quite simple and does not require lengthy preparation. Prepare this salad for the 2021 New Years table!

Ingredients

  • Smoked chicken breast – 300 g
  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 0.5 bunch
  • Fresh dill – 0.5 bunch
  • Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – 2 pinches
  • Salt to taste

For refueling:

  • Vegetable oil – 200 g
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard beans – 0.5 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Yolk – 2 pcs.

Directions

  1. To prepare the salad, take smoked chicken breast, thin pita bread, carrots, sunflower oil, dill, green onions, salt, ground black pepper, mustard seeds, eggs, sugar, apple cider vinegar.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots for Korean carrots. Fry in vegetable oil until soft, over low heat.
  3. Place the ingredients for the dressing sauce in a half liter jar or narrow blender bowl. Punch with a blender until a smooth sauce is formed.
  4. Cool the fried carrots and place in a deep salad bowl.
  5. Cut the lavash into thin strips. Add to carrots.
  6. Cut the smoked chicken fillet into thin cubes or tear into fibers by hand. Add to the rest of the food.
  7. Add chopped greens to a salad of carrots, chicken breast and pita bread.
  8. Season the chicken salad with the cooked sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and let soak in refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Salad with smoked chicken and lavash is ready
