  • 8 slices smoked pork, smaller
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the puff pastry to roughly double the size.
  2. Place a slice of smoked pork chops in the middle, sprinkle some sauerkraut on top and finally put a pineapple slice on top. Wrap in the puff pastry and make small packets from it.
  3. Brush with the beaten egg and place in the oven for about 30 minutes.
