Ingredients

  • 750 g smoked pork, boneless
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces, drained
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 red pepper (s), finely diced

Instructions

  1. Beat together the oil, honey and mustard, brush the meat well with it and place in a roaster. Put this in the oven preheated to 200 ° C.
  2. Mix the sauerkraut with the pineapple, onions, garlic and paprika. Place this mixture around the roast after 15 minutes.
  3. Pour in the pineapple juice and cook in the oven for another 60 minutes; Brush with honey mustard 2-3 times and turn the vegetables. Mix the remaining honey mustard into the vegetables 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Serve the dish in the roaster.
  4. Potatoes or mashed potatoes go well with it.
