Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, add the processed cheese and let it melt while stirring. Then stir in the milk and pineapple juice, remove from the heat and stir in the cream. (The cheese sauce can also be prepared the day before and stored in the refrigerator.)
  2. Roast the smoked pork in a film tube (1 hour at 200 °) and let it cool down (can also be done the day before).
  3. Cut the cold pork loin into slices and place in an ovenproof dish. Place the pineapple pieces (without juice) on the slices of smoked ham and pour the cheese sauce over them.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° for about 45 minutes. This goes well with rice or spaetzle.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
