Ingredients

  • 700 g smoked pork, raw, boneless
  • 2 glasses white wine, dry
  • 2 peppers, colored
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh or canned
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram and basil
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 2 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Steam the meat in the white wine (do not let it boil, otherwise it will get dry). Use a kebab skewer to test whether the meat is done. Then let it cool down a bit. Depending on the thickness, this takes about 20-40 minutes. Pick up wine.
  2. Wash vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the leek into rings. Chop the onion. Fry in butter with halved mushrooms. Dust with flour and deglaze with the wine. Stir in tomato paste. Cook for 10 minutes, season with salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Cut the meat into slices, place in a baking dish and cover with the vegetables. Scatter the cheese on top and bake at 250 ° C (200 ° C fan oven) until the cheese is golden brown.
  4. Rice and white wine go well with it.
