Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 300 g smoked smoked pork pork
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated, e.., Emmentaler and Tilsiter
  • 100 g Goronzola
  • some lemon juice
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, hot pink

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets, rinse well. Add a splash of lemon to boiling salted water, rub some nutmeg over it and cook the cauliflower florets for about 10 minutes, drain and drain.
  2. Cut the smoked pork into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  3. Heat the milk and cream in a small saucepan, chop the Gorgonzola and let it melt in the cream-milk mixture.
  4. Put the cauliflower and smoked pork chops in a baking dish, mix and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and sprinkle a little rose paprika on top.
  5. Place in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
