- 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- 200 g processed cheese
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 1 medium onion (s)

- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them briefly in salted water. Sear the smoked pork loin in a little clarified butter, then remove it from the pan. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in the remaining frying fat.
- Prepare a sauce from the processed cheese and milk. Season with salt (a little!) And pepper.
