- 500 g broccoli, frozen
- salt and pepper
- 250 g ribbon noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 125 g Gouda, rated
- 30 g butter
- 30 grams flour
- 375 ml vegetable stock
- 125 g whipped cream
- 350 g smoked pork

- Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. At the same time, cook the pasta for about 8 minutes.
- In the meantime, dice the Kasseler and fry in hot oil. Drain the broccoli and pasta.
- Melt the fat and stir in the flour. Deglaze with the stock and cream, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Stir in half of the cheese.
- Mix the broccoli, pasta and smoked pork, place in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
