  • 6 tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil)
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoon dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Grease the muffin tray or line with paper liners.
  3. Cut the smoked salmon into fine strips.
  4. Put the flour, baking powder, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Mix the eggs, buttermilk and oil together.
  6. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and stir in.
