- 1 large pear (s)
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 5 tablespoon oatmeal
- 150 ml milk
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- honey or pear syrup

- Core the pear and cut into cubes without peeling. Roast the oatmeal and nuts in a pan without fat, pour in the milk and add the pear pieces. Bring to the boil briefly, season with cinnamon and serve immediately.
- If it is not sweet enough, you can use pear syrup or honey to sweeten it.
