Instructions

  1. Core the pear and cut into cubes without peeling. Roast the oatmeal and nuts in a pan without fat, pour in the milk and add the pear pieces. Bring to the boil briefly, season with cinnamon and serve immediately.
  2. If it is not sweet enough, you can use pear syrup or honey to sweeten it.
