Soba with Vegetables

Soba is a traditional Japanese dish made from buckwheat noodles. There are many options for making such noodles, I suggest serving them with stewed carrots, bell peppers and green beans.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat noodles – 100 Grams
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Ginger – 5-10 Grams
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
  • Green beans – 100 Grams
  • Soy Sauce – To taste
  • Keil – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Boil the noodles in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the finely grated ginger and garlic until the aroma is revealed.
  4. Add the green beans, peppers, and carrots. Fry everything until half cooked.
  5. Then pour in the soy sauce, add the kale torn into small pieces. Put out all 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the buckwheat noodles at the end, fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
