Ingredients
- 150 g soba noodles
- 2 liters water
- 150 g suar snap peas
- 150 g soybeans (edamame), peeled
- 1 carrot (s)
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
For the dressing:
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon miso paste, light
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

- Mix the dressing ingredients in a blender and set aside. Cut the carrots into thin strips with a spiral or julienne peeler and also set aside.
- Bring 2 liters of water to a boil without salt in a saucepan. Cook the soba noodles for 4 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking together. Steam the edamame and sugar peas until the sugar peas are cooked through.
- Put everything together in a large bowl and mix immediately with the dressing and carrots. Garnish with the sesame seeds.
