  • 250 g milk
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 60 g flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites
  • 100 g suar
  • Butter for the molds
  • Sugar for the molds

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, butter and salt to the boil. Add the flour and roast (like fire mass). Let the mixture cool down a little. Squeeze the lemon. Stir the egg yolks into the mixture one by one. Add lemon and stir in.
  2. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and fold in. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into 8 prepared molds (buttered and sprinkled with sugar). Bake in the oven at 190 ° C until ready (approx. 15 minutes).
