Milk Souffle

Milk soufflé leaves no one indifferent: neither a small child, nor a young girl, nor people of the older generation. This sweet and delicate dessert literally melts in your mouth.

Cook: 1 hour 40 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Ice cream – 5 tablespoons
  • Cream – 100 ml
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Gelatin – 30 grams
  • Sugar to taste
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cover the form in which the soufflé will solidify with cling film. This will make it easy to release the soufflé from it.
  2. Peel the banana and orange, cut and place on the bottom of the mold.
  3. Whisk milk, ice cream, cream, sugar, and vanillin in a bender.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin according to the technology indicated on the manufacturer’s packaging, and pour it into the milk mixture. Beat again with a mixer.
  5. Pour the milk into a mold and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
  6. Put the frozen soufflé on the serving dish.
  7. Remove the cling film from the soufflé and decorate the dessert of your choice.
